The short version
We collect only what you choose to send us, we use it only to answer you and run our business, and we never sell it. This site has no advertising, no analytics trackers and no tracking cookies.
What we collect, and why
Contact form. Your name, email, business name, the service you're interested in and your message. It is delivered to our inbox by email so we can reply to you. It isn't added to any mailing list.
Chat with J.A.R.V.I.S. The messages you type are sent to Anthropic, our AI provider, to generate replies. We don't save chat conversations on our servers. The conversation lives in your open browser tab and is gone when you close or reload it.
Abuse protection. Your IP address is held briefly in server memory to limit how many requests can be made in a short time. It isn't written to a database.
Academy. If you use an access code, we set one essential, signed cookie to keep you signed in. Your practice progress is saved in your own browser's storage, not on our servers.
Who processes it for us
- Vercel hosts this website and keeps standard request logs.
- Resend delivers contact-form messages to our inbox.
- Anthropic generates the chat replies.
Each handles your data under its own privacy terms, and only to provide its service to us.
Google user data
Our internal operations tools connect to Google APIs (such as Gmail and Google Calendar) only for Maximum Effort AI's own Google account, to run our business: reading and sending our own email and seeing our own schedule. They don't access anyone else's Google account.
Data received from Google APIs is used only to provide those features to us. It is not sold, not used for advertising, not transferred to others except as needed to provide those features or required by law, and not used to train AI models. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
How long we keep it
Contact messages stay in our inbox for as long as they're useful for our conversation or working relationship with you. You can ask us to delete them at any time.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Send the request through our contact page and we'll handle it promptly.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update it here and change the effective date at the top.
